Karate
The martial arts we teach at Flash Academy is Kenpo Karate. Kenpo is a combination of ancient fighting techniques and modern scientific principles. You don't have to be athletic to study Kenpo. You don't have to be a certain height or weight, or any particular age. It’s self-defense, and it's fun.

Boxing
Whether your goals are to become a professional fighter, learn the art of boxing, or simply get in great shape, Flash Academy can take you there. Boxing is one of the best ways to build your stamina, increase endurance, and lose weight.
Currently Flash is training professional fighter Chris Fernandez. Chris is in the top 25 in the WBC, and is ranked 14th in the world in his weight division.
According to the International Olympic Board, boxers are the best-conditioned athletes in the world. So come train like a boxer and get the best conditioning possible.
Kick Boxing and Aerobics
Flash Academy provides its customers with kick boxing and aerobic workout routines that are challenging, motivating, and deliver immediate results. We welcome you to experience our fun and friendly personal training and non-threatening fitness environment.
